PROJECT PROPOSAL
Let’s Make a Table
The details of your Dining Table project are outlined throughout this proposal. The information shown here will serve as the road map for the duration of the build, and should therefore be as accurate and transparent as possible. As you review each section, make note of any questions, changes, or additions you may have so we can revise and update as needed.
Once you’ve confirmed that everything is correct and to your liking, all we need is your signature and the first partial payment to get started (options for both of those tasks are presented in the final section).

Custom Rectangular Dining Table
– 36 inches wide x 60 inches long x 30 inches tall
– Expands to 96 inches long with the addition of 18 inch extensions on each end
– Material: White Ash
– Finish: Clear Lacquer, Satin Sheen
– Single pedestal in center with a “tulip” style column
– Cross-shaped base with a shorter horizontal foot (28 inches) and an elongated lateral foot (56 inches) to ensure stability while maintaing as much legroom as possible.
Construction
Tabletop: 96L x 36W x 1.75 Thick
Long Support: 48L x 3.5 Tall x 1.5 Thick
Short Support: 28L x 3.5 Tall x 1.5 Thick
Column: 12L x 12W x 26 Tall
Long Foot: 56L x 9W x 5Tall
Short Foot: 28L x 9W x 5Tall
Extensions
Each extension will measure 18 inches long. The attachment and storage of the extensions is still TBD. Hinged integration was discussed, but current design prohibits full range of motion when in the “stored” position. Suggested approach is to use a fully removable design when not in use. More details to be discussed as we progress.
