Construction of the project will be in 4 phases, starting with a foundation consisting of concrete “piers” buried into the ground roughly 18″ to support each vertical 4×4 post, as well as the framing for the 12’x24′ decking.
All wood used will be treated pine, unless noted otherwise in the plans (roof, lattice, etc.).
Projected Timeline
Once construction begins, total estimated labor hours falls between 35-45 hours. This timeline is, of course, contingent on things like weather, material source and availability, access to the work area, conditions of the ground/earth, demolition of existing structures (if applicable), power requirements (if applicable), etc.
If at any point there is a concern that may alter the timeline of the project, it will be communicated promptly to formulate a plan on how to proceed. This goes for both parties.

Payment Terms
Payment schedule for materials and labor correspond to each phase of the project.
A 50% deposit for estimated labor and total material cost for phase 1 is required to begin construction. Upon completion of phase 1, payment for phase 2 materials is required, and so on.
Remaining 50% of labor due upon completion.
